Why do we only remember some dreams?

for thousands of years. Some
people think they are harmless
while others think they are vital to
our emotional wellbeing. Most
people have four to eight dreams
per night which are influenced by
stress, anxiety and desires, but
they remember very few of them.
There is research to prove that if
you awake from the rapid eye
movement (REM) part of your sleep
cycle, you’re likely to remember
your dreams more clearly
